My period started today. I am very emotional. In addition to that, I made a very wrong move, as usual. I did not follow the protocol of letting the class president know first about an issue before emailing a professor. Such a simple protocol and I could even not remember and follow it. How much more if I become a pharmacist? Just wow.

I was studying my lessons when my emotions dominate my thinking capacity. In a situation like this, walking outside helps me while listening to music. Sitting on the patio while watching people walk by could also be an option. Anything would work but not staying inside the house, overthinking.
